At Watch Note, every timepiece we sell goes through a rigorous multi-point quality inspection before dispatch, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition. Because we know that buying a watch — for yourself, as a gift, or for your growing collection — is an investment built on trust, we've created a transparent, fair, and easy-to-follow return, replacement, and refund policy for our customers across Dhaka, Chittagong, and all of Bangladesh.

Return & Replacement Eligibility Checklist

• Timeframe- Claim must be submitted within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of confirmed delivery
• Product Condition-Watch must be unused, unworn, and un-sized, with original protective films intact.
• Packaging-Original box, warranty card, manual, and hang tags must be returned complete.
• Free Gifts & Accessories- Any bundled straps, gifts, or accessories must be included with the return.
• Proof of Purchase-Original invoice or digital order confirmation required.

A few important notes:

1. Physical Damage or Unboxing Defects — visible scratches, a cracked crystal, loose indices, or non-functional crown/pushers straight out of the box.
2. Mechanical Malfunction — the movement doesn't run properly, keeps inaccurate time beyond normal tolerance, or a function (like the date wheel or chronograph) fails on first use.
3. Product Mismatch — the item doesn't match your invoice in model, dial color, bezel, size, or strap material.
4. Wrong Item Delivered — you receive the wrong product or someone else's order.

What's Not Covered

Step 1 — Submit Your Claim Contact our support team within 3 days via WhatsApp, hotline, email, or Facebook Messenger. Please include your Order ID, an unboxing video, and clear photos of the issue.

Step 2 — Verification & Approval Our team reviews your claim within 24 business hours and, if approved, issues a Return Authorization along with return instructions.

Step 3 — Ship or Drop Off Repack the watch with all original materials and invoice, then ship it via our approved courier or drop it off at our Dhaka or Chittagong showroom.

Step 4 — Technical Inspection Our in-house technical team inspects the movement, seal, and finish to confirm the claim.

Step 5 — Resolution

• Replacement: dispatched within 48 hours, or
• Refund: processed if stock is unavailable or the claim qualifies for reimbursement.

• If a replacement item is completely out of stock, we guarantee a full refund of the product price.
• Standard refund processing takes 7 to 10 working days from the date the returned item passes quality inspection, depending on your bank or MFS provider.

Warranty: Eligible watches carry a brand warranty or Watch Note Service Warranty covering movement defects and timekeeping accuracy under normal use. This doesn't cover glass breakage, strap wear, crown damage from forced use, or unauthorized repairs. Simply bring your invoice to any showroom, or arrange courier service through our support team.

Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Delivery within Dhaka and Chittagong takes 24–48 hours; the rest of Bangladesh receives orders within 2–4 business days. All shipments are packed in tamper-evident boxes — please check the seal before accepting delivery.

Store Pickup: Order online and pick up at your nearest branch, with in-store wrist-sizing assistance available.
